@Steese_i has identified a specific and troubling pattern with @MTNNG: data is finishing while the network is too slow to actually use. Money is being deducted for a service that is not being delivered.
If data consumption requires a functional network and the network is not functional, data should not be depleting.

@MTNNG kindly audit this account and explain what is consuming the data during periods of poor network quality.
