@DHSgov To me, it looks like the black-beanied, tan vest, long sleeve green shirt officer approached from behind from a position where another officer would have been blocking his view. He drew and fired the first shot into the suspect's back, then circled and continued shooting.

@RobinHoodlum @SammyObeid @sock82 I think what you're missing is the claim that the officers had no legal authority attempting to detain her, nor access her vehicle.

If that's true, they would be the aggressors, thus making the shooting unlawful. She'd have been effectively using her vehicle as self defense.
