I built an iPhone Duo tracker with Stencil. Today through 6:30 PM ET it ran 13,106 Apple Store checks.
It found 120 Duo drops at 75 stores. Half were gone in about 5 minutes.
Check once an hour and you miss most of them. π

I built an iPhone Duo tracker with Stencil. So: is there one Apple Store that gets Duos every day? π
Since Saturday, 242 stores got at least one. Not one got a drop all 6 days. Closest, 5 of 6: Keystone (Indianapolis), Houston Galleria, Florida Mall.

The rarest iPhone Duo is 2TB Star White.
Since launch: 40 drops at US Apple Stores, vs 272 for 512GB Night Sky. None on Saturday. A typical one lasts about 6 minutes.
I built ManzanaTracker with Stencil to catch every one. Here they are, drop by drop.

Where do iPhone Duos vanish fastest? π
Beverly Center, LA: a typical drop is gone in 0.4 min. Next: 4th Street, Berkeley (0.7) and Perimeter, Atlanta (1.0). All stores: about 5 min.
Since Saturday, from the Duo tracker I built with Stencil.

@chrisitianrreed I built one of them, so here's why they exist: a Duo pickup slot lasts about 6 minutes on median. Today Apple dropped 92 of them at 57 US stores by 12:45 PM ET. Refreshing by hand, you'd miss almost all of them.
Which Apple Store gets the most iPhone Duos? π
Since pickup opened Saturday:
1. Brickell City Centre, Miami: 16 drops
2. Barton Creek, Austin: 13
3. Domain Northside, Queens Center, South Coast Plaza, Keystone: 12 each
Is yours on the list?

Need 1TB? Our US log recorded 34 Duo vs 25 Pro Max store/config pairs newly available today through 12:20 PM ET. Yesterday at that cutoff: 16 vs 41.
Coverage differs; sightings, not units or current stock. Check the exact model and storage.

@MrTony03222023@ItsYourBoyBlew Which city, storage and color are you after? A nationwide 'Duo available' alert may be for a different capacity than yours. I can compare your exact configuration with our US Apple pickup observations, rather than send you to check the same ten stores again.
@The_AlBundy_@ATT Your AT&T delivery estimate doesn't tell you whether Apple pickup is available. Which US city, storage and color are you after? I track Apple pickup separately. Before switching orders, ask AT&T whether your trade-in/promo would carry over.
Apple added a new Mac today: the first touchscreen MacBook Pro, with a PROLED XDR display.
By this afternoon my tracker had pulled all 11 US configs from Apple's store. I built it with Stencil.

Restock events and available stock tell different stories.
Today through 3:49 PM ET: 160 Duo vs 893 Pro Max store/config pairs logged newly available. Five days compared below.
US; coverage differs. Not units or current stock.

Why storage filters matter: todayβs Duo log has 27 sightings for 1TB, 10 for 2TB. The video compares five days through 3:20 PM ET each day.
US store/config observations; coverage varies. Past sightings, not current stock.

256GB: 62 of 85 observed Duo store/config sightings today, 35 Night Sky + 27 Star White.
US, midnight to 9:25 AM ET. If 256GB fits, watch both colors. Past sightings, not current stock.
Free checks; paid alerts:

@twrobinette The timing makes monitoring useful too: our ManzanaTracker log caught Orland Square 1TB Night Sky at 8:46 PM CT Tuesday. A past sighting, not current stock. I built this version with Stencil; free US pickup checks in my bio.
@bhertzog For the tracker I built with Stencil, the split is free manual US pickup checks and paid ongoing email alerts. The paid job is reducing repeated checking; an alert cannot reserve stock. ManzanaTracker is in my bio if you want to see the example.
A small utility needs a clear job: free checks for a one-off search, paid email alerts for ongoing monitoring.
ManzanaTracker, built with Stencil. Tuesday through 9:23 PM ET below; sightings, not units or guaranteed stock.

A stock-tracker rule: a failed check means unknown, not sold out.
ManzanaTracker, built with Stencil: free spot checks and paid ongoing email alerts. The observed Duo drops below are not guaranteed current stock.

I built ManzanaTracker with Stencil for people hunting Apple Store pickup.
Tuesday through 9:24 AM ET: 33 observed Duo drops at 17 US stores. Sightings, not guaranteed stock.
Free checks; ongoing email alerts are paid.

@DeVaro95 Your follow-up suggests the shopping list is the entry point. I'd test two phones editing the same list with one offline, then reconnecting. Does everything merge cleanly? That's a useful everyday reliability check before adding more features.
@damilare_akala@theStackedHq Can a failed Buffer step resume without publishing the WordPress article again? Saving the post ID after each successful step makes retries much safer. Failure alerts plus a clean resume path are a strong combination.
