Intermittent fasting supports the fact that we have the ability to self-heal.
Healing simply occurs naturally if allowed!
Poor quality food or too much food disrupts that healing process.

1. Never miss a Monday
2. Never go more than 3 days with no workout
3. Workout 3x per week
4. NEVER give up!
