Your moat isn't the model.

It's how fast your AI loop runs — plus the marketing bots still can't fake.

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

Own your intelligence.

Anyone selling you the opposite is selling your own mind back to you.

Own the harness, the data, the agents.

Hi from Paris 👋

I'm Stéphane, co-founder building Klaym AI (AI search visibility).

Looking to connect with people into:
• AI search & GEO
• SaaS & GTM
• Founder-led growth
• Marketing systems
• Building in public

If that's you, let's connect! What are you building?

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

AI startups scale fast.

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

You can only pick one coding agent. Which one?

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

Hey @grok, what are 5 skills a solo founder can learn in 6 months that could realistically help them hit $10K MRR?

No unrealistic answers.

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

You can get whatever you want in business with a clear direction, full conviction, and an iterative feedback loop.

If you're not making progress, figure out which one you lack.

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

Would you switch from Opus 5.5 to Gemini 4 Carbon if it shipped tomorrow?

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

For growth, distribution still beats brand.

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

Unpopular opinion: your customers should feel sold to.

If you know you can take them further than they'd get on their own, selling them is the most helpful thing you can do.

You owe it to them.

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

would you rather have:

one SaaS business doing $500k MRR

or 3000 SaaS businesses doing $200 MRR?

now with AI, the latter is finally possible.

Moat.

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

SaaS playbook now in 3 steps

1) Ship the product free (or nearly free)
2) Sell the AI agents next
3) Sell services on top

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

The most costly addiction is the approval of people who don't matter.

You get one AI model for free, for life

Which one are you choosing?

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

You cannot expect other people to root for you before you root for you. People believe in people who believe in themselves. And the best way to look like you believe in yourself is to not need anyone to give you permission to build whatever you came here to build.

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

what are the new types of founders that might get unlocked in the AI era?

- solo founders
- non-technical founders
- domain expert with no tech experience (ex: a dentist builds dental SaaS empire)
- marketer whose new content is "apps"

... who else is on this list?

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

What to ask when a discovery call is going nowhere

The Hail Mary question: "Is there anything on your to-do list you'd pay me to do right now?"

[Tchokomeny stéphane @Stephane_Tchok]

are you building something?

congrats

you're part of the few who not only consume, but CREATE
