@Discover The person responded saying they see I spoke with a supervisor previously & now have forwarded my request to a supervisor? Likely the same department supervisors that wouldn't help before. Victim blaming is offensive, we "gave him the card to pay." Victims don't know in advance

@Discover Who cares if the work is falling apart & he wont honor the warranty in the contract he provided. As long as he did the work (even if illegally done) & even if it has workmanship issues that he wont fix with the warranty, you all won't help. I'm a customer for about 20 yrs 😱

@mercari_app @mercari_app you approved a return for an item I sold & gave the buyer until 3/9 for the item to be "shipped." The buyer finally generated the label 3/9 but doesn't ship & you don't close the return like it says will be done in my account. Self kiosk scans today are too late!
