If the question is should they (in an ideal circumstance), then I would say:

1. No, the husband/ father should represent the family in the civil sphere.

2. No, men were uniquely created for positions of leadership in every sphere.

3. No, leaders from the church should be sent to represent the church body. Which, of course, should be men.

4. No, committees should consist of messengers (who would be men).

5. No, committee chairmen should be chosen from committee members (who would be men).
