@Audi worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve had nothing but problems with my car. Keep trying to contact corporate for a buy back due to how UNSAFE I feel in my q4 etron. Would really appreciate a supervisor to give me a call.

@Audi feeling unsafe and unheard from corporate and my local dealership in Eatontown NJ. It’s actually disgusting and sad how you guys make customers feel! Still not word about a buy back and it’s been months! 4 different recalls on my car and a loaner for over 2 months!!

@Audi I’ve been nothing but disappointed and disgusted with my local Audi dealership in Eatontown NJ AND CORPORATE. I will never buy an Audi again. Their customer service is rude and not understanding and I have voiced how UNSAFE I feel driving my car.
