How do I verify my email when it has been changed.

I’m really frustrated. My old account @stephenangelo41 was hacked, and I only asked for it to be deactivated. I gave X Support every detail they asked for, but they said they can’t verify me. How can anyone verify an account after it’s hacked?@Support @XHelp @elonmusk please help
