ICYMI 👀: The town of Salina, Kansas saw wind speeds reach 113 mph on Monday - that's equivalent to the winds of a Category 3 hurricane. The video shows a man running through the intense wind and rain as onlookers advised him to go inside.
Anyone have any guesses on max wind speed here? Some of the things in here make me think this is stronger than at least I had been thinking (I had been thinking low end ef-0). Maybe some small scale moments of 100-120mph? I don’t think those solar panel farms are gonna be messed up by 60mph but maybe individual panels can? #wxtwitter #tornado
Some video of the Jameson, Missouri tornado from Wednesday. This is as it’s moving just south of Jameson and downed some trees near a home there. #mowx#tornado
