@O2 Still no response from o2 mobile regarding the oustanding bill I have tried to pay. It is now 3 weeks since I received the enforcement notice .2 calls to cust. Service ,2 E-Mails to complaints ,1 E-mail to CEO and a recorded letter to head office . Great service NOT !
How do you pay a bill after a termination and enforcement notice from #o2 .Despite calling payment dept. complaining by E-mail and even sending details of issue to the CEO can't get anyone to take the money owed.
