If you watch one thing today, let it be this — the truly remarkable display of grace and compassion from Mrs. Erika Kirk as she forgives her husband's assassin because that's what Christ would do.
We love you, Erika.
Rest in peace, Charlie. God will take it from here. He has already done so much good in the week since you left us.
I wanted to focus on that while hosting The Charlie Kirk Show today. Tonight on Glenn TV, my team compiled some of the highlights.
Charlie Kirk, a name synonymous with having the courage to speak what you believe and seek/welcome conversations with those whom you disagree with.
I’m not a political person but I am a proud American citizen and today was startling, saddening, and maddening all at the same time.. I’ve realized that I’m a bit naive to how crazy it all has become but watching a man get hunted and slayed in broad daylight because of his opinions made me disgusted and devastated.
This can’t be what we actually are or become as a country.. I believe that the good people will always outnumber the evil people but damn… today was an alarming day in our country’s history.
2 kids lost a dad.. a wife lost a husband.. and societal discourse lost a voice.
RIP @charliekirk11.. I send my prayers, thoughts, and love to his family and friends.
My heart is broken today for Charlie Kirk, his wife, his kids, and his family. Charlie was a once in a lifetime person who poured his heart into this country, his family and his faith. I loved listening to him speak and will make sure his message is passed on to my little girls.
Instead of sharing the horrific, vile, & heart-stopping video of Charlie Kirk being shot, I urge you to share images of his beautiful family whose worst nightmare has come true.
Every kid deserves a dad.
Every wife deserves a husband.
Every American needs Charlie Kirk.
Mother Mary does not forget a soul who loves and honors her.
O Most Blessed Virgin Mary, our Mother, we turn to you in our sorrow for the loss of our beloved Charlie. We ask you, with the Heart of your suffering, to intercede for this soul.
My Name is Justin I have a Disability Today is my Birthday all I want this year is to get millions of Birthday wishes using the Hashtag #HappyBirthdayJustin I hope my wish comes true
You may never witness another five minutes like this in MMA history. Every second of it—earned.
These five minutes of Dustin Poirier walking out of the cage one final time, to a Louisiana crowd that hadn’t moved, surrounded by family, fellow fighters, pro athletes, executives, and others waiting to congratulate him—were earned with blood, heartbreak, grit, and an unbreakable will.
This wasn’t just a retirement. It was a celebration of a man who gave everything to this sport of MMA.
Every ounce of himself. Every piece of his soul.
He never chose the easy path. He walked through fire every time.
Wins or losses—Dustin Poirier always showed up.
Always real. Always game. Always himself.
He leaves behind a legacy bigger than belts.
He leaves as the epitome of what it means to be a fighter.
Respect isn’t given in this sport. It’s earned.
And Dustin Poirier earned every second of it.
Few retirements in MMA leave behind a scene like this.
A moment where time stood still, and the sport gave its thanks.
Respect 🫡
