In Noah's day, people ate, drank, and ignored God's warning until the flood came. Jesus said His return will catch the world the same way. Stay alert. Stay ready. He is coming.
Are you ready for Christ's return? Jesus said be alert and keep serving faithfully. The faithful servant is the one still doing His work when He comes (Matthew 24:46). That is the test.
Jesus said He is coming again on the clouds with power and great glory (Matthew 24:30). This is not a maybe. This is a promise. Live today as if you will see Him tomorrow.

The world without Christ is heading toward judgment. Every believer in Christ is heading toward His kingdom. Two futures. One Savior. Trust Him today while there is time.

Jesus warned His followers that false teachers would arise claiming to be Him. He said do not be alarmed by wars, famines, or earthquakes. These are birth pains, not the end. God still reigns.
A poor widow put two tiny coins in the temple offering. Jesus said she gave more than all the rich people combined (Mark 12:43-44). God does not measure the gift. He measures the heart behind it.
Are you polished on the outside and empty on the inside? Jesus compared the Pharisees to cups washed only on the outside (Matthew 23:25). God sees what no one else sees. Let Him clean your heart first.

Jesus named the greatest command: love God with everything you have (Matthew 22:37). The second is like it: love your neighbor as yourself. Love for God always shows up in how you treat people.
The Sadducees mocked Jesus with a trick question about the resurrection. He quoted God from Exodus 3: "I am the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob." All who trust God still live before Him.
Are you avoiding God's claim on your life by debating smaller issues? The Pharisees tried this with Jesus. He saw through every trick question. He sees through yours too.

The Pharisees asked Jesus if it was lawful to pay taxes to Caesar. He said give Caesar the coin that bears his image. Give God your heart, which bears His image. The real issue is always your heart.
You cannot sneak into God's kingdom on your own terms. You must accept the King's invitation through Jesus. He robes every believer in the garments of salvation. Come to Him today.
What happens when people reject God's Son? In Jesus' parable of the vineyard, tenants killed the owner's son. Yet the Son they killed became the cornerstone (Psalm 118). Rejection cannot cancel God's plan.

In Jesus' parable of the wedding feast, one guest arrived in his own clothes instead of the king's gift. He was thrown out. Your own righteousness cannot get you into heaven. Only Christ can.
In Jesus' parable, one son told his father no and later obeyed. The other said yes and never went. Words prove nothing. Obedience proves everything. Which son describes your walk with God today?
