🚨 JUSTICE FOR MASEGO MOGOROSI🚨

Masego Mogorosi a 4th year education student from UFS was assaulted by a learner and from Lekhulong Secondary School, Rocklands, where she is completing her teaching practicals.

She was attacked with a fellow colleague while on lunch.

ON TUESDAY NIGHT WHILST AT WORK, THE OFFICER I THE VIDEO CAME TO MY WORKPLACE ACCOMPANIED BY MY EX (VANESSA MNISI AND HER MOM) TO DELIVER A PROTECTION ORDER.
DURING THIS INTERACTION THE
OFFICER I QUESTION STARTED
ATTACKING ME BY SLAPPING AND PUNCHING ME, THROWING MY PHONE ON THE FLOOR AND POINTED ME WITH A FIREARM WHEN ATTEMPTING TO :
RESTRAIN HIM FROM ASSAULTING ME I FRONT OF STAFF MEMBERS AND PATIENTS. WHEN SECURITY INTERVENED THE OFFICER SAID HE WAS ARRESTING ME I OBLIGED TO BEING HANDCUFFED. THE OFFICER BEGAN DRAGGING ME AROUND AND ASSAULTING ME WHILST TAKING ME TO THE VAN IN FRONT OF FELLOW STAFF MEMEBERS AND PATIENTS: I WAS TAKEN TO SANDRINGHAM POLICE STATION WHERE I WAS ASSAULTED BY THE SAME POLICE OFFICER SGT-NKUNA I FRONT OF HIS
COLLEAGUES(REPEATEDLY PUNCHED, PEPPER SPRAYED 5 TIME WHILST IN' HADCUFFS AND KICKED 1 THE HAND REPEATEDLY): WAS TRANSFERRED TO NORWOOD POLICE STATION WHERE I WAS TRANSFERRED TO BACK CITING I COMPLETE PAPERWORK. REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION WHERE I WAS TAKEN TO ALEX CLINIC FOR MY INJURIES CUFFES BOTH HANDS AND LEGS. I WAS SUBSEQUENTLY TAKEN TO NORWOOD POLICE STATION AND REMAINED | CUSTODY TILL TODAY. MY CASE WAS TAKEN TO WESTGATE FOR APPEARANCE, WHEN WE GOT THERE THE DOCKETS WERE REJECTED CITING THAG I MUST APPEAR I HILLBROW WHERE I DID. CURRENTLY ON MY WAY TO SUN CITY I'M INJURED AND CONFUSED. THERE IS FOUL PLAY I MY CASE AND WAS KINDLY REQUESTING ANYONE WHO CAN ASSIST.‼️

Goodday, I’m asking for help with a very heavy heart. 🙏🏽

I am caring for my younger brother who has autism and ADHD. Because of his condition, he is not able to cope in mainstream schools, and even at home he struggles without the structure and support he truly needs.

He is currently enrolled at a private special needs school in Lebowakgomo that has become his safe space — a place where he feels understood, supported, and able to learn in a way that works for him. Since being there, we have seen real progress in his behavior, learning, and overall well-being.

Right now, I am unemployed and I’ve reached a point where I can no longer afford his school fees. His SASSA grant is not enough to cover his tuition and other essential needs.

What hurts the most is knowing that he could lose his place at the school. This is not just a school for him — it is stability, structure, and a chance at a better future. Taking him out would set him back in ways that are hard to explain, especially because he is already struggling to cope at home.

I am trying everything I can, but I can’t do this alone anymore.

Out of respect for his privacy and the sensitivity of his situation, I’m not sharing his face publicly. I am willing to provide proof of school fees and any supporting documents privately to anyone who would like to assist.
