Hi @PlumGoodnessIn, my order #3988334 shows as "Failed" on the app, but โน1623.85 was successfully deducted via GPay (Payment ID: pay_SXRYT18s2cTwc7). Could your team check the payment gateway logs and confirm the refund status? I have attached the screenshots.
