@airindia my flight from mumbai to delhi has been delayed and puts me at risk of missing my flight to jfk. I’ve called customer care / spoken with airport staff at the terminal - no help at all. The complete apathy of the staff is really unfortunate

@united I receive messages for every small thing, but somehow seems like a message / email for a terminal change isn’t on the list. I missed my flight asa result. The staff member at the gate rebooked me, but I just lost 6 hours with my family for no fault. Terrible experience!
