Lista oczekujących na zakup superjachtów, sięgająca czterech lat, składa się wyłącznie z ukraińskich urzędników...
Te informacje ujawnił Stephen Kuhn, założyciel firmy Take America Back Inc.
„Rozmawiałem z producentem superjachtów i zamówienia ukraińskich urzędników oraz ich rodzin są już zaplanowane na najbliższe cztery lata. Setki milionów dolarów na superjachty, wszystkie pochodzące z jednego kraju. Tymczasem zachodni podatnicy w Kanadzie, Wielkiej Brytanii, Europie, Ameryce i Australii finansują to wszystko” – powiedział.
„Zabierają ludzi z ulic, aby wysłać ich na front, mobilizują ich do wojska, a ludzie popełniają samobójstwa, aby nie iść na wojnę. Podczas gdy urzędnicy kupują superjachty”,
dodał Kuhn.
@60Minutes@BenSasse Love you, Ben Sasse, you are a true inspiration. Wishing you the best in overcoming this battle, you are in my thoughts and prayers. God speed.
You thought Epstein Island was bad?
Israel built the only military prison in the world designated for children.
Children are subjected to beatings, torture, and rape on a regular basis.
Conviction rates in courts reach 99.7%.
This applies only to non-jewish children.
For all the Dem partisans who keep insisting Biden and Kamala "would have been better" -- despite watching them blindly fund and arm Israel's destruction of Gaza -- here's Kamala mocking Trump for failing to stand by Israel and being too soft on Iran:

🚨 Teucrium Ceo: If Ripple snags that banking license, they could be sitting on 40B $XRP on their balance sheet. At $3/XRP? That's a whopping $120B valuation catapulting them into the TOP 20 global banks by cap!
But wait... at $6+? We're talking $240B+ potentially TOP 10 or even #1! Ripple evolving from payments king to a financial powerhouse?
In gold terms, housing’s never been cheaper, but few can buy it. Fiat money made that possible. Politicians print, bankers profit, the middle class rents. That’s how “the occupation” is done on this side of the globe, in other parts, that process is less .. refined.
This is incredible:
It now takes 102 ounces of gold to buy the median-priced new single-family home in the US, the lowest amount in 46 years.
Excluding 1979, this is the lowest level in at least 65 years.
The ratio has fallen by -180 ounces over the last 3 years, as gold prices have risen +133%.
By comparison, it took 650 ounces of gold, or ~6.5 times more, in the year 2000.
Rarely ever has it been so cheap to buy a new house using gold.
Gold is preserving purchasing power like never before.
Blockchains and Projects That Use SHA-512
1. Monero (XMR)
•Use of SHA-512: Internally as part of its hashing operations, especially in key derivation.
•Primary Hash: Monero uses CryptoNight, which itself involves SHA-512 in the early stages before applying memory-intensive operations.
2. Stellar (XLM)
•Use of SHA-512: Stellar uses SHA-512/256 (a truncated version of SHA-512) in its digital signature operations and transaction hashes.
•Why: SHA-512/256 offers better performance on 64-bit processors than SHA-256 with similar collision resistance.
3. Ripple (XRP)
•Use of SHA-512: Similar to Stellar, Ripple uses SHA-512Half, which is the first 256 bits of a SHA-512 hash.
•Purpose: Used in transaction signing, node IDs, and ledger hashing.
One thing that doesn’t show up in the data is the effectiveness of inventory controls, from raw materials, to supply chains, manufacturers, builders, wholesalers, retailers, etc, and aggregation of companies behind it all
.… that this is where a lot of “inflation”is coming from imo.
The median household income necessary to purchase the median priced home for sale in the US ($124k) is now 57% higher than the current median household income ($79k). This is the most unaffordable housing market in history.

As of 3Q24, 83.8% of Americans had a mortgage rate <3% ... but "lock-in effect" is starting to ease, given that percentage was 92.7% in mid-2022
@DataArbor
Spread between current 30y mortgage rate and effective rate on outstanding mortgages ended 2024 at +2.82% … hovering near highest in several decades but nowhere near peaks in late 1970s / early 1980s
Great thread. The decision appears to have been prompted by Local Law 11 inspections and influenced by the economic and liability challenges of maintaining an ornate prewar building facade. A shame to lose such architectural craftsmanship. Guessing that the building didn’t have historical preservation protections.
