You were the gold standard. The model every nation copied. When Scotland Yard spoke, criminals listened. That badge meant integrity. It meant courage. It meant the law applied equally, without fear or favour.

Look at you now.

You are a punchline. A cautionary tale. A force that clears up fewer than one in ten burglaries while your officers film TikTok videos in uniform. You arrested a man in Lancashire at dawn for a Facebook post in 2024 while grooming gangs operated in Rochdale for years with barely a raised eyebrow. You invented non-crime hate incidents so you could harass pensioners for wrongthink while real victims wait on hold.

You kneeled for mobs in 2020 while statues fell and businesses burned. You stood aside while extremists marched with impunity, then raided homes over memes. You have turned the oldest police force in the world into a politicised enforcement squad for the narrative, not the public.

You chose diversity dashboards over clear-up rates. You chose community engagement over enforcement. You chose the approval of NGOs and Twitter mobs over the safety of the people who pay your wages. You chose feelings over facts, and political safety over actual policing.

You did not lose your way. You sold it. Slowly, deliberately, one diversity training course at a time, one apology tweet at a time, one decision to stand down while crime happened in front of you.

The British people see you now. We see the double standards. We see the collapse in basic standards. We see a force that looks more like political commissars than police officers. We see officers who remember their oath sidelined while the ideologues get promoted.

You wanted to be political enforcers. Congratulations. You got your wish. Now you get treated like political operatives. No more benefit of the doubt. No more automatic respect. You burned that.

🚨BREAKING: SPECIALIST DOCTOR SAYS HENRY NOWAK COULD HAVE LIVED IF NOT FOR POLICE

In summary:

- Henry was alive when they arrived and likely clotted
- Aggressive police intervention likely tore clot
- Major Trauma department was minutes away from scene
- Judge and Pathologist were FAR TOO LENIENT on Police
- Henry Nowak had 50% CHANCE to survive
- Absolutely convinced that if he arrived in hospital alive he would have survived

Full breakdown below:

Dr Krzysztof Magier [@DrMagier] based in the Isle of Wight is a qualified Paediatric Care Lead and part of the 'Critical Care Network' with experience in combat medicine training and a specialized course in treating severe injuries (including gunshot and stab wounds) has analysed the footage and claimed the AGGRESSIVE Police intervention may have contributed towards Henry's death.

Dr Magier DISAGREES with the pathologist's and judge's opinion that Henry Nowak had ZERO chance of SURVIVAL.

As well as the claim that handcuffing him essentially changed NOTHING.

In fact he claims the REVERSE IS TRUE, there is a high likelihood that the police intervention CONTRIBUTED TO HENRY'S DEATH.

He analysed the autopsy report, which points to DAMAGE to the subclavian vein as the main source of BLEEDING.

In a healthy person, venous bleeding occurs under low pressure and often self-limits thanks to the NATURALLY FORMING CLOT, while simply approximating the wound edges and compressing the surrounding tissues closes the vein enough to slow or even stop the bleeding.

The body camera footage shows that when police arrived on the scene (likely 5-10 minutes after the injury), Henry was CONCIOUS ENOUGH to speak LOUDLY.

He was therefore NOT YET in a terminal state.

After his arms were twisted behind his back and handcuffed, the vein was most likely STRETCHED, the clot TORN, and BLEEDING DRAMATICALLY INTENSIFIED.

Within just about three minutes, he lost consciousness and DIED.

People with suspected internal injuries should NEVER be moved or yanked abruptly, such actions can destroy the natural clot and lead to massive internal hemorrhage.

Instead of immediately calling a medical rescue team and handing the patient over to paramedics, the police ARRESTED HIM.

If paramedics had arrived first on the scene, Henry’s chances of survival would have been MUCH HIGHER.

Paramedics could have quickly started an IV, administered fluids to increase circulating blood volume, and tranexamic acid to stabilize the clot, and if needed, performed needle decompression (inserting a large, long needle into the lung), because the issue wasn’t so much lack of lung function, but compression of the blood-filled lung on the heart and mediastinum, which blocks circulation.

Worse still, the incident took place just a few minutes' drive by car (2–3 minutes by ambulance with sirens) from Southampton University Hospital—a regional MAJOR TRAUMA CENTRE equipped with a full team of specialists, procedures, and equipment.

"I AM CONVINCED THAT IF HENRY HAD ARRIVED THERE ALIVE THE DOCTORS WOULD HAVE NOT LET HIM DIE"—writes Dr. Magier.

The aggressive police intervention, instead of saving a life, led to death through improper handling of a severely injured person, even though world-class care was just minutes away. "I fear the Judge and pathologist were too lenient toward the police"

Let me explain why @PeteHegseth’s struggle cuts deep for so many of us.

He jokes about receiving 100% negative media coverage as @SecDef. Classic infantry humor. But behind the laugh is something serious, something warriors like me feel deep in our bones.

I didn’t know who he was until @realDonaldTrump announced him. I was bitter. Burned out. After years of watching the Army rot under leaders who didn’t believe in warfighters, I was ready to walk away. Then I saw his interview with @ShawnRyan762, and for the first time in years, I heard my own voice coming from someone else.

He was raw, honest, full of fire and frustration, saying what so many of us have felt and lived. I listened to The War on Warriors during my PCS from California to Texas and thought: maybe, just maybe, the tide is turning. But then came the media.

They didn’t see a man reborn from war, they saw tabloid bait. They didn’t see someone rise from the wreckage of combat, they saw a drunk, a womanizer, a threat to their fragile narratives. They ignored the mission, the movement, the message. They attacked the man. Because that’s what they always do.

And for the first time, I asked myself: is that how America sees me?

Because I drank too much. I chased women. I did reckless things to feel alive after brushing shoulders with death. Like many infantrymen, I struggled when I came home. Not because I was broken, but because I was human.

So no, I’m not asking the media to be nicer to him. I’m asking the American people to see through them. To understand what it means to walk through fire, stumble, and still choose to serve again, reborn. Because when you malign warriors for surviving the wars you forgot, don’t be surprised when we stop trusting you.

They went from “thank you for your service” to “how dare you not be perfect.” From hero to headline. They used our war, our pain, our sacrifice, and turned their backs the moment we showed our scars. That’s not criticism. That’s betrayal.

If the media actually cared about warfighters, they’d shine a light on our real battles: the suicide crisis, mold ridden barracks, a broken VA, commanders who punish truth tellers, and an IG system built to bury the truth. But they don’t. Instead, they spend their time tearing down Pete Hegseth for anything they can spin, forcing him to pause the mission just to swat away their lies. That’s not journalism. That’s sabotage. And we see it for exactly what it is.

And it proves what so many of us have known for years: they don’t hate Pete because he failed us, they hate him because he won’t fail warriors.

They don’t care about warfighters. They care about the narrative. And for the first time in years, the narrative is scared. We aren't backing down.

Introduction
