@Starbucks whoever is running your customer service/tech support needs to get better. Locked out of my account for two weeks and after multiple phone calls and no response I’m beyond frustrated. Spinning my wheels waiting to hear back from your tech support and it never happens.

Can’t stand fireworks on New Year’s Eve in close proximity to neighborhoods and houses, especially with little kids trying to sleep. Here’s my fair compromise: you shoot off your fireworks obnoxiously late and I get to ring your doorbell repeatedly at 6am for the same amount.

@michaelmiraflor @Chase Tried to get into the new one in Vegas. Over an hour long wait and we said peace out and went to another lounge. Been waiting over a year for this one to finally open (months after it was supposed to) so it was quite the letdown.
