@Ryanair @Ryanair I paid for Priority + a 10kg checked bag. Budapest bag drop staff told me to take my check-in (cabin sized bag) onboard. I followed their instruction, then was charged at the gate. I feel scammed. How was I supposed to avoid this? Complaint submitted. I expect a refund!

@Ryanair I submitted a complaint regarding an unfair baggage charge on flight FR5642 Budapest-Sofia today. I had already paid for Priority and a 10kg checked bag, and was told at check-in to take the bag onboard, then charged again at the gate. Please review urgently.

@MinOfInteriorNG @MinOfInteriorNG the portal needs a complete overhaul. I made payment for a new passport and was able to book an appointment online. On getting to Nigerian Embassy Vienna, they couldn't process my application because my payment details couldnt be verified by the system.

@CCSoludo the blockage of roads in front of the governor's lodge, state CID&Prison service in the heart of Amawbia, should be addressed. Citizens are put through unnecessary traffic dangers bcos of this. These institutions should be moved out of town if they cant free the roads.
