A new solicitor has joined us at Stephen & Robb LLP! Vicki Shaw qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and works in the firms Personal Client Matters department. If you are thinking about getting a Will or Power of Attorney drawn up, please contact us and ask for Vicki!
Our Trainee Solicitor attended a Conference at @scelg yesterday, focused upon what lawyers can do for animals. We hear it was a very worthwhile and well-attended event, and look forward to hearing all about it from Hannah in due course!
It's lovely to get good feedback for the work we do. Gives us a warm fuzzy feeling inside (or maybe that's just indigestion...?) Many thanks to our recent client for taking the time to give us his thoughts.
We have some new posters up in our offices this week with guidance for staff and clients alike. Because life's hard enough as it is... let's show each other a bit of respect.
Interested to hear from other Scottish law firms in relation to prior title deeds. Once a property is land-registered, what do you do with the prior titles? Answer below!

@LegalAwards Thank you. A lot of great work being done by small and/or rural firms across Scotland, plus we are expected to be knowledgeable in a variety of fields rather than a single speciality. The truth is... we'd really like a party and are quite jealous of all your pics today!
Wouldn't it be great if small and/or rural firms could be recognised in this way, rather than simply the monopoly of the larger central belt firms? 'Best Small Firm' and/or 'Best Rural Firm' for next year @LegalAwards ? If not already featuring in your existing line-up.
