Great start to the day at Haydock Racecourse for the UKREiiF Round-Up.
The highlight was discussing how we're creating opportunities for the next generation of young people, guided by Salford's powerful principle: "Talent is everywhere, opportunity is not."
๐ค๐ฝ The JRC was delighted to facilitate a visit to Aim Habonim for the Chief Executive of @SalfordCouncil, Stephen Young.
๐ We would like to sincerely thank Stephen for his extensive engagement with the community throughout his short time in office and for taking the time to visit today.
๐๐ซ Aim Habonim is a specialist independent school and nursery supporting Jewish children and young adults aged 0โ25 with severe disabilities, autism, and complex learning needs. The compassion, dedication, and care shown by the staff team is inspiring. ๐
๐โจ It was wonderful to showcase the outstanding work taking place and the life-changing support provided to pupils and families.
๐ค We are proud to continue our close partnership with Salford Council and look forward to strengthening this important relationship even further. ๐
Out and about today visiting our polling stations and seeing first hand the amazing work people do engaging and supporting our democracy โฆ. Donโt forget to vote ๐ณ๏ธ and donโt forget your ID ๐ชช
So sad to see my old club @BurnleyOfficial get relegated tonight. Feel for the supporters๐ no doubt they will come back better and stronger next season. A club thatโs always in my heart. ๐
