@UberEats Hello, I ordered a Costa today with yourselves and when the driver arrived he told me the whole order had spilled and it wasn’t able to be delivered. This was at 3pm, he did say another would be sent, it hasn’t.. how do I get a full refund?

Absolutely appalling customer service from @Twickets , impossible to speak to anyone,
booked an event (with refund protected tickets), couldn't attend as had no heating with 7 week old baby in the house, apparently no refund available as I couldn't predict 24hrs before!
