@CBCOntarioToday @SinaiHealth This is acomplex issue. All sectors - hospital and community are at breaking point with limited/no staff. I work in community mental health - there are no resources or staff to meet an ever-growing need. People end up in the ED. We really need to look at this as a system of care.
