An Official Statement

​I have been silent. I have not been absent.

​Following a particularly difficult period, I made the decision to temporarily step back from the public eye to focus on my recovery, while continuing to work behind the scenes on the future and development of our projects.

​During this time, our team has continued working to strengthen the business model and build a roadmap focused on the project's stability, continuity, and growth.

​Additionally, we are individually reviewing and addressing outstanding issues raised by certain users, aiming to handle them in an orderly and responsible manner.

​I will not engage in speculation, accusations, social media narratives, or public disputes. Any relevant information regarding the project and its progress will be communicated through our official channels.

​To everyone who has supported us, believed in what we are building, and stood by our side during this period: thank you.

​We are still here, we are still working, and we are still moving forward.

The older I get, the less I believe in lone success.

I used to think drive was enough. That if I worked hard enough, cared enough, pushed hard enough, the rest would follow. And drive matters, but it has a ceiling. You hit a point where what you build depends entirely on who you've chosen to build it with.

I've been lucky. The people around me are loyal when loyalty isn't convenient. They're honest with me even when it's easier to just agree. They show up, fully, for work that asks a lot and promises no guarantees.

That kind of person is rare. You don't find them through a hiring funnel or a clever pitch. You find them slowly, and when you do, you hold on.

I don't take it for granted. Surrounding yourself with genuine people, people of real character, real trust, real loyalty, is the single best decision a builder can make. Better than any strategy. Better than any amount of capital.

To the people who stand beside me: I see it, and I'm grateful for all of it 💙

Important Update:

I’ve kept quiet until the proper steps could be taken, but I need to inform my friends and partners that I am currently the target of an organized blackmail and extortion campaign. This involves false accusations and fabricated evidence against me and my partner.

This matter has been officially reported to law enforcement, and we are awaiting their action. Additionally, we reported everything to X, and they have confirmed the suspension of all accounts related to this organized criminal group.

Europe is bleeding its best builders abroad, and we have done nothing to stop it.

For thirty years, every ambitious European who wanted to build at the  frontier had the same conversation with themselves: stay, and accept the ceiling, or leave, and carry the cost of leaving. We have lost a generation of founders that way. We have lost the people who would have started our Stripes, our Anthropics, our Social Media platforms. They built those companies somewhere else.

And we're tired of watching it happen.

For this reason, we're building Samavi Innovation Center, a Mediterranean Silicon Valley in the province of Alicante, Spain. A working software studio with residences above it for the next generation of founders and technical engineers. A real place. With real people. Where the next decade of European software gets built.

This is infrastructure Europe has been missing, the place where the most ambitious people on the continent can stay, build, raise families, and make work that matters without leaving their language, their food, their history, their parents, their soul.

Why this. Why now.

→ European technical talent is leaving London and the US. We are building the place they relocate to.
→ EU Inc. is finally giving European founders the legal infrastructure to compete with Delaware. The next 10 years favour Europe.
→ Costa Blanca property is at structural inflection. Alicante province appreciated +14.8% last year alone.
→ The studio is already shipping. The campus is the multiplier.

I am looking for the right people. Qualified investors, real estate partners, builders, anyone who has been quietly waiting for this kind of place to exist in Europe, and is ready to stop waiting.

I had a videocall today with Sage, he's been a true Nigent from the start.

He said: "continue to be the way you are, giving explanations, taking notes, educating, informing and being apologetic in general. Even though it's hard sometimes, most of us see you as our "mother" and we trust you for what you're building."

I needed to hear that more than he knows.

The truth is, buried in paperwork, compliance, due diligence, investor reports and technical updates, I sometimes lose sight of why we built Nige in the first place.

Today he reminded me. He said he has high hopes that Nige might one day help support him through college.

That's it. That's why.

I won't pretend this journey has been easy. The false accusations hurt. The public negativity hits harder than I let on. When something you've poured everything into starts going through a transformation, not everyone sees the wider picture, and that's painful to sit with.

But our true Nigents keep us grounded.

We have a community of real believers. A team giving everything they have. And a version of Nige coming that we are genuinely proud of.

To every Nigent who has stayed, who has trusted us, who has reached out with grace when they could have walked away, thank you.

We see you. We're building for you. And we're not stopping. 🫶
