@virginmedia WiFi is literally the shittest thing. Consistently drops out and goes between 4g and WiFi on my phone. Have already been talked through changing it to a different frequency by an engineers but it’s a joke. And I pay I’ve £50 a month for this sub standard service

@ModernMilkman_ @jassimons1 Thank you for your reply and I appreciate it but I’m due about 4 bottles of milk tomorrow which I don’t want. I appreciate this will be refunded which I am grateful for but I’ll still be leaving a note out as I have absolutely nowhere to put the milk so don’t want it delivered.
@ModernMilkman_ @jassimons1 If I don’t want milk tomorrow then what do I do? I didn’t want yesterday’s and I certainly don’t need tomorrow’s either. I still can’t log in and as no one has replied to my email in 2 days I’ll be leaving a note out for the milkman tomorrow & I don’t expect to be charged for it

@virginmedia can you tell me why it’s almost impossible to get on prime video? One second it’s fine and then it’s not. It’s so frustrating. I pay nearly £90 per month for absolutely shocking internet and tv channels that don’t work
@virginmedia It’s just directed me back to the website to sort out the problem it said it was transferring me to a customer adviser and to say yes to keep the convo open but nothing has then happened. It’s just gone quiet
@virginmedia That’s a very good question. I think it’s TiVo but I actually thought it was v6. When I press home though it says explore other TiVo boxes so I’d assume it’s TiVo
@virginmedia Not having any issues with on demand but then I haven’t tried. It’s only ever with prime and Netflix. It’s massively annoying as you sit down to watch something. Think it’s going to come on and then it black screens. The internet is just very slow at times and drops off.
@ModernMilkman_ @jassimons1 Im having the same issue. I couldn’t see anything. Redownload The app & it had logged me out but won’t recognise my phone number. I’ve forgotten my password but it won’t allow me to reset as it won’t recognise phone number. I don’t know what 2 do as need to change order 4 2moro?
