According to Special Counsel Hur, the ghostwriter erased the Biden tapes after he learned of Hur's investigation.

Hur considered charging the ghostwriter with obstruction but declined, in part because the ghostwriter admitted to his actions, kept the Biden transcripts, and the FBI recovered the recordings from his computer.

NOTE: The Biden audio tapes were recorded SEVEN YEARS BEFORE Hur concluded Biden could not be prosecuted for mishandling classified information because of his age, and failed memory.

The Utah Attorney General (AG) denied my request citing that no such records existed. As a result of an appeal to the AG Chief Administrative Officer, State Records Committee and Third District Court, the AG was compelled produced five investigations.

🖊️ On Friday, my attorney @goud4utah filed a "Motion to Reopen Discovery" in our Rule 60(b) case. On page 8 he wrote: "Mr. Clara’s request is not just limited to the final offense reports that have been provided by the [Utah Attorney General]. It is for all records related to the investigation into Governor Cox’s signature petitions."
