Who at @HMRCgovuk thinks it's a good to POST important information to people in South Africa? As an SOE @PostofficeSa is barely functioning. The infrastructure is dilapidated and nonexistent in parts of the country. How can I get @HMRCcustomers to understand this?

How do I access my money or close my @Discovery_SA #DiscoveryBank account if I can't access the app? I've phoned about 10 times for help (listened to your horrible on-hold music) and still *nothing*... How else do I get this resolved???

I've not been able to access the app for six weeks apparently because the app isn't compatible with my phone. The issue has not been resolved nor taken up with anyone who can *actually* help.

After how many spam calls identified by @Truecaller as coming from @miwayinsurance is it classified as harassment? ... Calls are either dropped/missed calls & twice when I answered to tell the caller to🤬off, it's silent... Where do these🤬companies get our numbers from??

Why doesn't data (and airtime for that matter) roll over month to month, @Vodacom ?? One month I don't have enough data so I buy a bigger amount the next month, then you just delete it because it wasn't all used in 30 days. WHY????

@Vodacom I pay for data so essentially it's a product I own, isn't it? The unused amount at the end of the 30-day period should roll over into the next month. DO AWAY WITH "USE BY" DATES for data and airtime. As it is, data is so expensive but it's necessary for a smartphone to work! 2/2

@SurreyCouncil it's so complicated to report wildlife roadkill online... How do I report a dead fox on the M23 just before the A23 offramp? (Not sure which junction - Redhill area.) Poor thing lying dead in the right-hand lane 🥺
