@RWHalliday@lastminute_com I phoned them so many times and they were always so rude, I even said if you spoke to people like that in my job you wouldn’t have one and the person turned round and said well good job I don’t work for your company!

@Beverley1886 I got told I wasn’t allowed to change my package holiday because it was past the time limit for the hotel and when I challenged them on how their lines had been cut off and no other way to change it then that isn’t my fault they hung up

@fabiocannavale where are your customer service agents to help with my booking for my holiday so I can change the dates! The way your company has treated people is disgusting! Cutting all communication so people can’t get in contact
@lastminute_com how about you stop posting new holiday deals and deal with the customers who have problems with upcoming holidays or need refunds! You say you are handling all bookings but you can’t get through to anyone to talk to them about your booking!!

@TeamKnowhowUK Any chance someone could answer the phone! This is ridiculous waiting an hour to speak to someone about a refund cause your online form doesn’t work and your online chat doesn’t work!
@maynard2825 @Jamken22 @DeanRyan77 This has nothing to do with Brexit, this is just Dave Lewis getting rid of staff to make sure it looks like he’s cutting costs and making sure he gets his million pound bonus while we are worrying if we have a job still! Says it’s for the customers it’s not! It’s for himself!
