Our friends from Lendlease at Project KGX1 have launched a Winter Rucksack Appeal this year, asking people to donate a rucksack full of items to bring a bit of warmth to the local homeless. If you'd like to get involved get in touch with us and we'll give you the contact details.
Unusually, these #GRP emergency escape steps are to allow workers inside the building to get UP to the roof in the event of a flood. A first for us but they work well in both directions for people that need to get down π€£
Nice little project at Hurst Substation completed recently; SafeClamp Handrail, bund access steps, a cat ladder and a small trench cover. And all made from long-lasting #GRP.
We've installed a series of #GRP rooftop platforms at Vital Energi's Islington Waste & Recycling Centre to accommodate the HVAC system soon to be added. The platforms will remain non-slip whatever the weather keeping installers and engineers safe as they maintain the new system.
The latest batch of #GRP#Riser Floors to be installed at London's KGX1 Project. Each one has been designed to support a minimum 5kN/m2 even after the holes are cut to allow for the service pipes and cables, keeping engineers safe.
