Six times in the Gospels, Jesus said, “He that has ears, let him hear what the Spirit is saying.” Are you sensitive to the whisper? Are you paying attention to what you’re feeling in your spirit? It’s easy to ignore it, push it down, don’t give it the time of day. But if you’ll start obeying the promptings, the suggestions, the gentle whispers, God will lead you down the best path for your life.
Dear Lord,
Today, remind me I’m not behind—I just had to survive things others were fortunate enough not to face. Don’t let people with no real identity rush what You’ve been shaping through me. Keep me focused, not comparing. What’s mine won’t miss me. What’s for me will find me. I got faith I’m still on track—even if it don’t look like it yet. Amen🙏🏽
You can’t have faith if you don’t first have hope. That’s why the enemy works so hard to suppress your hope, to get you to live discouraged. He constantly whispers, “It’s never going to happen. It’s too late. You don’t deserve it. Look what you’ve been through.” Tune all that out and declare what God says about you.
The Scripture says, “Gods calling on our life is irrevocable.” God doesn’t change His mind. He knew every mistake we would make before He called us. He knew the times we’d blow it, take the easy way out, and get off course. That didn’t cancel your destiny. It may take you on a detour, but God has multiple ways to get you to your purpose.
Letting go doesn’t mean the situation didn’t matter; it means you matter more. God knows what you’ve been through, and He will restore what was lost‼️👊🏻 SWEET SLEEP! 😴
I hear the Lord saying: Everything you thought you lost forever… I’m putting a demand on it to return. What broke you will not define you. What tried to bury you will now build you. You are not empty, you are about to overflow.
The Spirit of God will cause you to move forward, to continue on and pursue your purpose, despite what’s trying to stop you. You may be going through a tough season now. It feels overwhelming. On our own, by ourselves, we would get stuck there. When we get knocked down, we’d stay down. But here’s the good news, you can move forward while still hurting, you can trust even though there are unanswered questions, you can praise through the pain, you can speak victory in the middle of trouble.
You have bounce-back in your spirit, resurrection power. Don’t settle in the disappointment. Journey on to the new things God has for you. “This bad break is not going to defeat me. This loss is not going to define me. I know I am stronger than what’s trying to stop me. I am more powerful than what’s trying to keep me down.”
Fear comes to all of us, whether it’s a fear of failure, of being laughed at, or being hurt again. But God says, “That is not from Me. It is from the enemy who’s trying to hold you back from your destiny.” Don’t allow a painful experience deceive you into thinking you’re going to have a painful life.
If you find yourself shrinking back because you’re afraid that you’ll be hurt again, you have to understand that God can heal what hurts. He is the mender of broken hearts. The Most High God has given you the power to walk through the process of recovery. He can make you stronger than you have ever been.
God cancelled your plans to save your life. He sent you the other direction to avoid danger. He fights battles you know nothing about. His plan is better than yours.
Sometimes we can get so overwhelmed by our circumstances that we’re tempted to give up and lose hope. What you have to realize is that where you are right now is not your final destination. God has amazing things in store for you.
