The day I got the call with the invitation to co-write this book, I asked the writer,

“who has already signed to be a part of this?”

He told me 4 or 5 names and one of them made my heart sink, or jump! I’m not sure which one it was actually, but I know I had tears in my eyes as I accepted his invitation and hung up the phone.

You see, one of the Brokers I will actually be co-writing with is from the town that my only son was born in!

The town I moved to when my marriage failed and I had nowhere to go and no money to my name.

I Had newspaper and magazine advertising experience, so I was hired on at the local newspaper. The Main advertiser on my client list was……

You guessed it, the Broker that I had just been offered the opportunity to co-write a Luxury Real Estate Book with!!!

I still have chills knowing that I will get to collaborate, as an equal, in the Real Estate World with this person.

Mind you, I can only dream of one day being a true equal, but I’ve done pretty good so far right!

I am welcomed in a room that back then I only dreamed of being welcomed.

I am beyond excited for this opportunity!
