Karoline Leavitt fired back at Reverend Al Sharpton after he called her a "white nationalist" and a "fake Christian."

"My family came here specifically to worship freely, and then we fought bravely for the Union to end slavery," said Leavitt, "Yours came from Trinidad about 20 years later."

Leavitt went on to remind Sharpton that there are two union forts named for her family and a 150-year-old battleship called the USS Leavitt moored in Boston.

"I think my credentials are solid."

I would like to see 2 changes made to our electoral laws:

1. That it becomes compulsory to vote. If you are a citizen, you must be a part of the society you live in and take responsibility for electing the government.

2. That overseas voting be stopped. If you are a kiwi and have chosen to live overseas, you have chosen to live under another government. You should not have the right to have a say in the NZ election, where your choices are inflicted on us, and we have to live under them, and you don't.

Why are we even talking about them? If they had been a small party that had become popular through hard work, fine. They would deserve to be talked about. But they are 100% the product of the promotion by the MSM. They came out of nowhere with ridiculous policies that would leave someone financially struggling in old age.
The party is full of people who were not born in NZ. The general manager is ex-Labour Iain Lees-Galloway. A lot of money has been put into their rise. They are a plant to get Labour back in. Did you watch the debate last night? Tova was appalling. I turned it off half way through. Debates should be moderated, and the ones that keep interrupting and talking over Winston and David told to be quiet until it is their turn. It was a farce.
Rawiri and Qiulae were the worst at talking over others. Tova did nothing and gave them the most time to spout their bullshit.
Within 10 minutes of it finishing I got an email from Iain Lees-Galloway from Opportunity (because I signed up to their email list), saying they had won the debate and were now at 8% in the latest poll.
Why the hell is this party getting so much attention? They were nothing until the MSM took them on as their pet election project. They are where they are becaue of the MSM. The object of that was to support the left and add drama to the election. The media are our enemy.

Summers met with Epstein at least 14 times after his 2008 conviction. At Harvard. At the mansion. At the island.

Obama appointed him as Director of the National Economic Council in 2009 — one year after Epstein’s conviction. Not despite the connection. Because of it.

This morning on NewstalkZB you were asked about Nigel Farage’s surge in the UK and the clear anti-mass-immigration backlash that just delivered a political earthquake in Australia.

Your response? “That’s just a grumpy few… people are playing politics with immigrants.”

As a lifelong National voter, I have rarely heard a more tone-deaf dismissal of legitimate public concern. Because the grumpy few you wave away are not fringe agitators on social media. They are the silent majority of Kiwis who have watched their country change at breakneck speed while being lectured that any unease makes them right-wing or racist.

You and your colleagues have spent years telling us how “highly skilled” the new arrivals are and how lazy and unambitious Kiwis have become. Yet your own government’s figures, and the brand-new India–New Zealand FTA, now classify Domino’s pizza workers, yoga instructors, chefs, and AYUSH practitioners as “skilled” migrants eligible for dedicated visa pathways.

Net migration is still running at tens of thousands a year, with India one of the largest sources. Housing, hospitals, schools and roads are groaning under the weight. Wages in retail, hospitality and trades are being undercut. And when Kiwis point this out, the official line is that we’re just not trying hard enough.

That’s not evidence-based policy. That is propaganda dressed up as economic necessity.

Worse, it is selective. You and your MPs have been photographed wearing turbans and paying respects at temples and gurdwaras in search of ethnic bloc votes. That’s not “celebrating diversity.” That is ethnic vote-bank politics of the kind you accuse others of.

When a junior National backbencher last week screamed “foreign political interference” because he was merely quote-tweeted by an overseas account, the absurdity was complete. The only foreign interference National seems to worry about is the kind that doesn’t deliver you donations or diaspora ballots.

Meanwhile, you lecture us about the dangers of social media while your government rushes through under-16 bans modelled on the EU’s Digital Services Act - conveniently timed before the election.

Elon Musk’s purchase of X has been one of the most significant pro-democracy acts of the past decade precisely because it broke the stranglehold of legacy media and government-aligned censors.

Yet your instinct is to regulate and restrict rather than trust New Zealanders to think for themselves. That tells us everything about where your priorities lie.

The latest Poll of Polls gives the current coalition an extremely high probability of surviving November. That is not because of any great love for National. It is because enough Kiwis still fear a return to the Ardern-era madness.

But loyalty has limits. A great many of us who have voted National our entire adult lives have reached them.

We will not reward a party that sneers at our justified concerns about rapid, unmanaged immigration from one particular country while simultaneously courting that same community for electoral gain.

We will not vote for leaders who dismiss the very real pressures on housing, wages, infrastructure and social cohesion as the whingeing of a “grumpy few.”

So here is the practical reality, Prime Minister.

Kiwis with a functioning brain will party vote NZ First - the only party in your coalition that has consistently treated immigration numbers as a serious policy lever rather than a virtue signal.

In the electorates many of us will still hold our noses and give National the local vote to keep the left out. But the party vote is no longer yours by default.

You have mistaken quiet frustration for automatic loyalty. That era is over.

The “grumpy few” you mock are the backbone of the National Party’s historic support. Keep dismissing us and you’ll discover exactly how quickly a safe coalition majority can evaporate.

In my opinion, Chris Hipkins should be in prison. Reportedly, he gave 311,012 young people the second jab after being warned. And he did it anyway. Let that sink in. They could have got myocarditis and other conditions.

Immer, wenn ich an den 7. Oktober 2023 zurückdenke, dann gar nicht an das Video, wie Hamas-Kämpfer mit AK in Dixie-Klos schossen, damit auch ja kein Jude in Nova überlebt. Nicht die Videos, wie seelenruhig einer dieser Bastarde eine Cola aus dem Kühlschrank nimmt, bevor er kaltschnäuzig eine weitere Familie ausradiert. Nicht die Berichte, wie diese Monster Menschen und verwandte sogar zu Geschlechtverkehr untereinander gezwungen haben sollen, oder die Berichte, wie sie die Brüste ihrer Vergewaltigungsopfer abschnitten und damit spielten, oder die Videoaufnahmen der Massakrierung von Kindern teilweise über Facebook und Co. an die Familienangehörigen schickten.

All das ist so unvorstellbar grausam, dass es leicht ist, es alles für Propaganda zu halten. Lieber an das Zerrbild glauben, lieber den Juden die Schuld geben und das "Antizionismus" nennen. False Balance und "bothsideism" hat einzug gehalten, selbst bei denen , die es tatsächlich im Herzen gut meinen.

Aber ich erinnere mich stattdessen immer an das Video dieses Hilfsarbeiters aus Indonesien, den einer dieser Tiere mit einem Spaten totschlägt. Der war kein Jude, kein Israeli, kein IDF-Soldat, kein ehemaliger IDF-Soldat, kein Netanjahu-Wähler, er war einfach nur ein Mensch, den einer dieser Terroristen unter ekstatischem orgasmischen Jubel seiner Kollegen totgeschlagen hat. Einfach so. Und Linke sitzen dort jetzt, binden sich diese Hamas-Kopfbinden um und erklären, das Seelenheil der Menschheit ist nur dann gesichert, wenn diese Monster einen eigenen Staat bekommen und keine, absolut gar keine Konsequenzen für ihr Handeln besteht - nein, sie sogar noch belohnt werden.

One of the worst things about an election is having to see Hipkins' face all the time. It really is sick-making.
I was thinking about the thousands of people in NZ who are going to vote for him. They have had 6 years now of living in denial. 6 years of living with the knowledge of what happened under Jacinda and then Hipkins - the fear they generated, the businesses closed and jobs lost, injecting people, especially young teenagers, with an untried vaccine, the vaccine injuries called "long covid", etc etc.
That's a whole lot of denial. It's a lifestyle now for them. They are too invested to stop and face reality now. And now with "plague" rumours, they know Labour would do it all again.
Please Labour people - no! It's okay to face the truth. It's okay to have been frightened and coerced into believing them. It's not too late to walk away. Please - wake the hell up and don't subject us to that ever again!
