@paullewismoney My 2-up, 2-down cost £350k here in Cheshire. 1 mil gets you a decent family house with a reasonable garden. To 'do something agricultural' you'd need 3x that, and it would just be a couple of fields + house. Equestrian maybe, but no stock or crops
