Again, @amazon being absolutely crap! My daughter pays for next day delivery - so far 2 weeks and parcel still not arrived, now delayed another week! Also took 3 WEEKS to get a refund on ANOTHER failed delivery! Sometimes I wonder if the delivery drivers just can't be bothered!?

Absolutely TERRIBLE service from @FedEx - Firstly they lied to us - they stated parcel would be delivered that day yet wasn't even dispatched. When it finally arrived packaging torn and damaged and parts missing out of the box. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
