Big kudos to @Parkmobile Had an issue and they issued a refund right away. Did not make me jump through hoops. They did customer service the right way and I greatly appreciate it and it strengthens my loyalty to them as a company!
@FranceandSon Has Horrible customer service. Sent me defective chair and then charged me $70 to return it. I even tried to compromise and say I will pay $35 but they insisted on $70 to return it. Stay away from them. Website is beautiful but they are not honest people.
@charlierose I used to respect you as a journalist and fellow @DukeAlumni No longer. I hope you spend your forced retirement making amends for your inexcusable behavior.
