@DistinctlyAver3@BucksFlyTipping And this is not new. I remember coming back from holidays in Europe and one of the first things I would notice is the amount of litter in England. In the //1970s//.
@lnrwildphoto@BDSdragonflies@JulianThomas19 Definitely Coenagrion, and female. Is this on the Levels? If so, I'm not seeing any reason why it shouldn't be Azure or Variable?
@robinmmorrison@RNNMarch I'm as pro wildlife as you are Robin, but it was recreation which first drew me to the countryside. Surely the best course of action is to educate those who use the countryside for other purposes? I would make an exception for anti-social activities such as jet-skiing of course.
@ashman_alan A few days ago we had four sightings in one visit to a hillside near Langport, ovipositing on lady's bedstraw. Plus one in a friend's garden in Taunton the day before. Don't think I've ever seen so many.
@puffinpassion@RareBirdAlertUK@OMSYSTEMcameras What a lovely image. Takes me back to the one we had in Somerset a few years ago, but I only got flight shots, nothing to compare with this!
