Yemen has no legal minimum age of marriage. About 30% of girls are married before 18.

1.3 million were married before 15.

Saudi Arabia set 18 on paper, but judges can still approve younger girls who have “reached puberty.”

A child cannot consent. Call it culture all you want. It is still islam enabling the rape of a child.
