The old standard advice like "touch grass" or "just go out and make friends" sounds simple until you actually live it and it doesn't work for so many of us. Long therapy waiting lists, fragmented communities, superficial digital spaces.

Then AI arrives .. always available, non-judgmental, ready to listen.
Instead of celebrating a tool that helps where nothing else does, we pathologize the people who find comfort there.
