Joe isn't alone. After this week’s debates, we are hearing from a lot of Michigan Republicans who regret voting for John James.

The good news: if you voted absentee, you can fix it. Here is how to spoil your absentee ballot and vote for Perry Johnson:

1) Find your city or township clerk through the Michigan Voter Information Center.
2) If you already returned your absentee ballot, submit a written and signed request to your clerk saying: “I request that my absentee ballot for the August 4, 2026 election be spoiled so I can receive and cast a new ballot.”
3) Deliver it in person if possible. Your clerk must receive it by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 24.
4) Ask your clerk for a new ballot and vote for Perry Johnson.

If you still have your absentee ballot and have not returned it, do not send in the wrong vote. Bring it to your clerk, early voting site, or Election Day polling place and ask to spoil it so you can be issued a new ballot.

John James proved he cannot handle the pressure. Perry Johnson proved he is the conservative outsider who can save the ticket.

Spoil the ballot. Vote Perry. Save Michigan.

Randolph Mantooth inspired generations through his unforgettable role as Johnny Gage on Emergency! His portrayal helped make firefighting and paramedicine feel courageous, honorable, and worth dedicating a life to.

As a kid, I couldn’t wait for the show to come on each week. Squad 51 seemed like the coolest thing since peanut butter. Now, after more than 30 years as a firefighter and EMT, I watch those old episodes and catch myself yelling, “Wait! You don’t go into a burning structure wearing street shoes and uniform pants!”

Even knowing all the Hollywood shortcuts, I will always love the show and be grateful for the man who helped inspire a little girl to dream of wearing the uniform herself.

Rest easy, Randolph Mantooth. Thank you for the memories and the inspiration. 🚒❤️🚑

🌎 In the late 80s I escaped communism from my birth country as a young woman, chasing freedom and a better future. For a few hours I landed in NY, barely speaking English, yet I already felt incredibly privileged just to be allowed into this amazing land. After going through immigration and fingerprinting in process of becoming a legal US resident, the immigration officer put me on a connecting flight to Chicago to finally see my mother, after 6 years apart — I was only 17.
Stepping out of that airport in Chicago everything looked so different, so colorful just beautiful, and for the first time I felt real relief and peace.
I learned English quickly, paid my own way through school, worked hard, climbed the ladder, and years later became a proud U.S. citizen. 🇺🇸
I respect our laws, defend the Constitution, and love this country with all my heart.♥️
America truly is the greatest — why do so many people born here not see the blessing they were given?
