Apparently tagging @Enterprise publicly is the only way to get anyone to answer their customers. (They still don’t reach out like they say will but at least they answer) my rental needs an oil change and I’ve been trying to reach my local store since Wednesday. HELP ME.
@gi_24brother@Enterprise Honestly, when they finally answered after trying to get a hold of someone since Friday and being told “we don’t have time to pick up the phones on Fridays“ is wildly unprofessional. At no point in time in customer service do you make the customer feel like an inconvenience.
Why is getting someone to answer the phone at my local @Enterprise IMPOSSIBLE?! Supposed to pick up a rental today but I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone since Friday with ZERO people answering the phone. 🙄 haven’t even picked the car up and it’s already a nightmare.
Literally, just hoping that they would understand that even with the car running It’s still negative. They were SO NICE AND UNDERSTANDING! I just want to thank them for that kindness because my anxiety was through the roof. 😩💘

The fact I can’t watch the secrets of Skinwalker Ranch on @HISTORY without a cable plan honestly is pathetic. I LOVE the show but can’t afford a $230 a month cable bill. Cable is dead, let’s move forward with the times yall, I’d pay for a subscription just to watch the show.

Then the loss department lady refused to give me a copy of the no trespass I was put on for 24 hours which legally any place that puts you on a no trespass has to do if you’re put on a no trespass, you’re supposed to have a copy of the paperwork.
I’m going to out myself here and I’m perfectly fine with that after the last 18 hours. Not @Walmart trying to prosecute me and sending the prosecutor a edited video instead of the full video showing their employee walking up to the cash register me telling the employee. —->
“ hey please go through my bag. If something didn’t get rang up we can fix it or you guys can take it back” and the Walmart employee is saying “it’s not my job” and walking away leaving me with fruit and juice that didn’t get rang up properly. —->
