@junkbondinvest I wonder if this is an apples to apples comparison. The @FitchRatings rate for syndicated loans includes LME and other distressed exchanges. I’d guess those executions are not transparent in private credit and therefore not in the @proskauer stats. Is that your read?

Here's a headscratcher. I booked a 7am flight on @UnitedAirlines that the airline rescheduled to 8am, which didn't work for me any longer. When I called to ask for a refund on the first part of the flight

based on a unilateral change by the airline (not by me). I asked for a supervisor and despite flying well over 1M miles over the years on UA I was told (effectively) to go pound sand. What a disappointing interaction.
