@MattShutz Consider all costs that factor into the equation, ie: referees for games, field rental fees, coach salary, teamsnap platform, administration costs, league fees. Do you think everything should be free? 12 training sessions per month for two hours each at $50 an hour is ~$15K year

And telling them to “save 25% of your income” or “build a 6 month emergency fund” is not helpful.
