Health requires recurring attention but maintaining healthy habits consistently is difficult.

Millions of people, especially the elderlies rely on family, caregivers and alarms just to stay on top of their health

Missed medications, skipped exercises, recovery plans that quietly fall apart can make weeks of progress disappear quietly.

So this weekend at the @0G_labs Onsite in Lagos, I built Sam (Mr_Reachy), an AI health companion running on a Reachy Mini robot!

Sam listens, understands what you're dealing with, keeps track over time, and checks in with you through natural conversation at every medically safe intervals!💪

Based on my decent pharmaceutical knowledge, i designed sam to do beyond the basics and add some non-prescriptive medical caveat when intelligence detect a well-known medical concerns that might stem from human error✨

It's more than a medication reminder;
Whether it's a sedentary lifestyle, recovering from a herniated disc, blood sugar checks, blood pressure monitoring, physiotherapy, post-surgery recovery, hydration, or daily wellness habits, Sam follows along and helps keep you on track.

The beautiful part is, the entire system runs on 0G:
🧠 GLM-5 for reasoning and the intelligence layer
👂 Whisper (0G) turns your voice into text
🗣️ On-device TTS gives Sam its own voice to reply
🔒 Verifiable TEE-backed compute
