@MalcolmXGreen @mfjones69_ @financedystop Yea that was throwing me off. I paid $77K for my roof (my house is 2x the size) but those fabricated roofs were over $100K when I was in the market in 2022. I’m in South FL so maybe I pay a premium but that price sounds way low. You can’t build a townhouse here for under $400K.

Most private jets don’t go that far without stopping for fuel and the ones that do cost at least $120K each way. This is the way to go for long distance unless you’re Drake with your own jumbo jet.
