@Ed1e_Bot@anon_opin I've in a town of about 30,000. Groceries, healthcare, education, and leisure are all within 15 minute walk for me. I have to travel in to Central London for work. It's happened organically.
@NHSMillion@MacBeastyAMC I'm not weighing in on anyone's side, but the government removed the nursing bursary, so that's going to have a huge knock-on to the pipeline. There's also questions about how ethical it is to let other countries train staff and then drain them from said country.
