@steverobin26049 @ukJ0N My mother is an EU national, lived and paid tax ( and still pays on her small pension) and N.I in the UK from age 19 to 65. Now lives back in EU. Unable to claim anything at aged 90 from the EU state.
Why should her UK attendance allowance be taken from her?

@reformparty_uk So my mother moved to the UK from Germany when she was 19yrs old. Moved back at 65. She is now 90 yrs old. Paid UK tax and NI all her working life. Unable to receive help from the German state. Now receives attendance allowance to help with daily tasks. This policy isn't fair.

This poor teacher had probably just enough. But he assaulted the student, and that you can't do.
