This is a Our Safer City place to wait for a #blackcab marshals will assist with the safety of passengers while queuing and entering Taxis.

We have just sent a text to all members regarding the wrong PCNs being sent out to Taxis for ULEZ and Congestion Charge. This only applies to PCNs starting LP (congestion charge) and those starting XJ (ULEZ). If you get one of these, please do NOT call us (we have taken hundreds of calls) please email [email protected] with the PCN number and the cabs registration number. We will get them cancelled for you. Thanks

Finally, following our getting the media involved, TfL have advised all the incorrectly issued PCNs for ULEZ and CC are to be cancelled!
