@Apple paid £50 for one of your iPhone cases to protect my phone, only to find out it doesn’t, and has caused the paint to chip off. Waited 14 days for a call back after sending you photos but no one did. Now il I’m told it ‘sorry, nothing we can do!’ Poor show Apple.

@O2 customer service is awful. Popped into store yesterday to upgrade and someone just pointed to the phone I wanted and said ‘prices are on the phone’ and walked away… he didn’t even come back!! So walked out now I’ve been in a queue for 55 minutes waiting to speak to someone
