Why have we been unable to increase the percentage of domestic students that attend post-secondary institutions?

Interesting that sports stadiums and arenas in Canada are sponsored and named after big banks, but hospitals are not. Maybe it's time that @scotiabank @RBC @TD_Canada look to sponsor what's important, especially that hospitals have filled to capacity and real heros work there.
